Design Methodology - Simply put: think before we leap. All proposed solutions are written out, diagrammed as necessary (Brainstorming Prototyping Planning).

Formal Development Process - Although not necessarily complicated, the process is strictly enforced. This is important as it facilitates a feedback mechanism so mistakes are eliminated and improvements can be incorporated.

Problem Reduction - Each implementation is reduced to manageable, repeatable, testable milestones. This allows for control points to gauge projections and schedules. Taking smaller, defined steps provides the means for more prompt feedback from users and marketing. Any large or daunting project becomes manageable.
